Management
St Johns Wood Estates will manage your property throughout the lettings process; from
itemising inventories and arranging for properties to be cleaned before they are occupied,
through to handling deposits and any necessary deductions once the rental has come to an
end.
Thought the rental period we will liaise with utility suppliers and arrange repairs as needed
as well as looking after ground rent and service charge payments on your behalf. We
